Privacy Policy

1. General provisions. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) is drafted under Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data” and defines how personal data is processed and protected by the travel company “Visoko v Gorakh” (the “Operator”).

The Policy applies to all information the Operator may obtain about website visitors and while performing travel service agreements. By using the site and the Operator’s services, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with this Policy.

2. Scope of personal data. The Operator may process: full name; date and place of birth; contact details (phone, email); passport details (series, number, issue date, code, citizenship), including foreign passport data; visa and travel document details; payment details; other information voluntarily provided when booking, purchasing a tour, subscribing to a newsletter or contacting support.

3. Purposes of processing: identifying the User when ordering and signing a contract; preparing travel documents (tickets, insurance, visa support); communicating with the User to clarify details, application status, program changes; processing payments and refunds; informing about new tours and promotions (with consent); improving site and service quality.

4. Legal grounds: consent of the data subject (form submission, request); necessity to perform a contract; legitimate interests of the Operator.

5. Processing conditions and third-party transfer. The Operator ensures confidentiality and takes necessary safeguards. Data may be transferred only as needed to provide services: tour operators, airlines, hotels, transport and insurance companies, consulates and visa centers; partners supporting the site and payment systems (under confidentiality obligations); government bodies when required by law. Cross-border transfer is carried out under Russian law and only to fulfill contractual obligations.

6. Retention: for the time needed to meet processing purposes, but no less than periods required by law (e.g., tax/accounting — 5 years after contract end). After purposes are met or consent is withdrawn, data is anonymized or destroyed.

7. Data subject rights: access, correction, blocking or deletion; withdrawal of consent (in writing to the Operator); requesting remedy of violations; complaints to the regulator.

8. Final provisions. The Operator may amend the Policy. A new version takes effect when posted on the site. Users must monitor changes. Matters not covered by the Policy are governed by Russian law.
